Is Iro suitable for oily or combination skin?

Yes. It is a lightweight gel-emulsion that absorbs quickly with no greasy finish. In the independent 30-day study (49 participants, July 2025) 100% said it feels gentle on their skin and 96% said their skin feels more moisturized.

Does it help with redness?

It is formulated with Centella asiatica, colloidal oatmeal and niacinamide, three of the best-documented calming ingredients. In the study, 90% of participants said their skin feels calmed and soothed.

Does it contain fragrance?

There is no added fragrance. The formula contains a trace of lemon oil, which gives it a light, natural scent.

Where does it go in my routine?

Last step, morning and night: after Nihon in the morning (then sunscreen) and after Kido or Izumi at night.

Is it enough moisture for dry skin?

For most people, yes. If your skin is very dry, pair it with Izumi at night and use Gaman on rough patches, hands and lips.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and oat are generally considered pregnancy-compatible, but please confirm your routine with your doctor.
